Distance Training

I'm pleased to announce my new Distance Training Program. This program will allow me to meet your needs even if you are too far away to meet with me personally. Whether you are looking for weight-loss assistance, a new work-out plan or just some extra motivation this program is for you.

With this program you will receive a 45 minute consultation and goal-setting phone call and three 30 minute phone calls to track your progress and work through any issues you may encounter along the way. I will also be available by email for any questions you have between phone calls.
